We are a small, minority- and woman-owned government contracting firm based in South Florida. When we went looking for opportunity intelligence, the choices were an enterprise platform at $12,000 to $35,000 a year on an annual contract, or free SAM.gov saved searches and a spreadsheet. Neither was built for a team our size. So we built the tool we wished existed and ran our own capture on it.
The first time we pointed it at ourselves, it surfaced a Navy sources-sought squarely in our lane and a $6.1M recompete expiring in our NAICS. Work we were not tracking anywhere. That was the moment BidCrow stopped being an internal tool.
What we believe
- Small teams deserve serious intelligence. The 5–25 person firms winning set-asides should not pay the enterprise tax to see the work.

Sebastian runs capture and software at the small government contracting firm behind BidCrow. He built BidCrow to run the firm's own pipeline: one scored feed instead of portal tabs, AI capture briefs instead of gut reads, and a radar on expiring contracts instead of surprises. He still uses it every day.

BidCrow is a product of Conduit Dynamics LLC, a minority- and woman-owned small business. We build software for people who do real operational work, and BidCrow is the tool we use ourselves.
